In addition to rental of your event location and facilities, we offer event planning and catering service packages to make your day at Apple Blossom Plantation perfect and care free.
Access to the Event Site
Your guests are allowed access to the entire estate including all rooms of the manor, the gardens, pool and patio. A large white tent is next to the manor for dancing and dining. There are wood burning fireplaces and four bathrooms, all for the use of your guests.
Flexible Schedules
As scheduled in advance, the event hosts can "stage" on the day prior to the event, leaving items such as wedding dresses, tuxedos, and favors ahead of time so that the day of the event is as relaxing as possible. For weddings, the bride can arrive as early as 10 a.m. on her wedding day and has no deadline to leave at the end of the reception. The bride can relax and feel special. Most brides dress at the estate and spend many, many hours enjoying owning a plantation for the weekend.
Event Amenities
The following features are included in full-day event packages:
- Full use of the manor house, gardens, pool, patio and recreational areas
- Time and beautiful space for rehearsal and ceremony
- A custom-built 30x60 white wedding tent
- All of your dining tables and white wooden chairs for the ceremony (up to 200)
- Complimentary bridal suite in the manor house for the Bride and Groom (or selected guests) with morning breakfast
- Access to the estate prior to the reception to "stage" the event
- Ample, complimentary guest parking
- The ample parking includes a "complimentary parking attendant."
Vendor Options
We have no restrictions on your selection of outside vendors. You may use any licensed caterer or other vendor of your choice. Rentals are coordinated for you through the manor.
Price
Full wedding packages described above start at $3,900. Rates may vary based on season and availability. A $1,000 deposit will hold your date. Should you choose to cancel, the deposit is fully refundable if the manor house is able to book a comparable event on your date.
